Shipping Policy
Each order will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days from confirmation of availability.
Orders are shipped via DHL from Monday to Friday during office hours. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Any estimated delivery date or time provided is for reference only, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is one where someone will be available to receive the package. If you prefer delivery to an office or reception, please include the name of a contact person.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to adjust shipping or delivery times. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, a second attempt will be made. If this also fails, DHL will return the package to our warehouse.
Europe
We offer free express shipping on orders over 500 €. For orders under this amount, delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout after selecting your shipping address.
Switzerland, Norway, and Albania
We ship to these countries on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning that import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for applicable fees and regulations.
United Kingdom
All taxes, including VAT and import duties, are already included in the prices listed on our website. As a UK customer, you will not be charged additional VAT or import fees upon delivery.
United States
We offer free express shipping on orders over 600 $. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We ship to the U.S. on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. There will be no unexpected charges upon delivery.
Canada
We offer free express shipping on orders over 700 CAD. For orders under this amount, delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Other International Destinations
For countries not specifically listed above, we ship via DHL, but all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend contacting our customer service team at eboutique@massimoalba.com before placing an order to confirm specific shipping conditions for your country.
Returned Shipments and Import Charges
If a package is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or fees, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, any non-recoverable import charges, as well as return shipping costs, will be deducted from the final refund amount. We encourage international customers to review their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking & Customer Support
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This code allows you to track your package in real-time on the DHL website. If you are a registered user, you can also check your order status under My Orders.

Insurance & Damaged Packages
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package has been delivered and signed for, the insurance coverage ends.
If your package arrives damaged, we recommend either refusing the delivery or noting the issue when signing for the package.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia, Georgia, and Armenia. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to post office boxes or "hold mail" services. Orders with these addresses will be automatically canceled.
